In-Service Training 2009

The North 7 district team conducted In-Service Training (In-Set) in South 6 District at Guadalupe Elem. School. At first, we got scared coz it's the first time, we conducted seminar/training outside our district. We're eleven facilitator's including the 3 administrator's of North 7 District: Daisy S, Salamanca (BLES), Ronald Llerin (CLES) and Lyra Illaga (AIS) and our master teachers Nimfa Go (BLES), Julie Lastimosa (BLES), Mrs. Cantara (CLES) and Mrs. Malou Tambolero (CLES), then Almira Patentes (BLES), Rose Palanca (BLES) and yours truly.

We studied our topics well and prepared everything just to give our best to the participants of Guadalupe District. It was a five days seminar but we're there for four days and back to our District on the 5th day which is Friday. The participants are very friendly, hospitable, active, participative and kind. Did I mentioned there are lots of beautiful teachers in Guadalupe? Well, daghan gwapa! hehe!

They're thinking this might be another boring seminar but they're wrong instead they enjoyed it. As you can see the happy faces on the slides above that they really enjoyed the seminar. They even told us to come back to conduct another seminar to them. It was a fulfillment emotions that we've felt then. Our over-all performance rating from participant was EXCELLENT!

Congrats team and job well done!
